Q: What is the average turn around time for my order?
A: We do our best to have all orders out the door within 7 business days. During holidays and sales you can expect longer lead times.
Q: Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment?
A: Unfortunately we do not offer this.
Q: Can I add items or edit my order after I placed it?
A: Yes! Fill out our contact us form or send us an email with the adjustments you need to make! We will get back to you before we process our next batch of shipments!
Q: Is there a limit of how many items we can purchase?
A: Yes, only for finished UV Printed figures that are not meant to army build. For these we have a max limit of 5 per customer per 7 business days.
Q: When will __X__ restock?
A: We do our best to have items back in stock within 30 days of them becoming unavailable. For certain items the lead time may be longer. We only sell what we have in stock. We do not offer any Pre-Orders.
Q: Are your items more fragile than mass produced items from store-bought companies?
A: Yes, our items can be depending on the item you purchase. Our unpainted accessories are resin printed and thus more fragile. To produce items that were not made by any store bought brand we utilize MSLA resin printing which has strength limitations. Injection molding which many off the shelf companies use is extremely expensive for low volume production and in most cases is completely unfeasible for us.
Q: Why don't you make __X__ item?
A: We have certain restrictions that can create limitations to what we create. We often go through certain items in waves and only once we are finished with our wave of items do we explore more. VenomCBW only creates items that we are certain may sell well so we can support the artists that collaborate and work with us.
Q: Why do I see your items selling for $100s on sites like EBay?
A: We have been made aware of the second hand market and do not support nor appreciate scalpers/resellers. If they are discovered they are banned from shopping with us.
