Refund Policy

REFUNDS:  Leading up to shipment any order is eligible to be cancelled prior to being shipped. Shipped status means your order has a tracking #. If your order has an active tracking number it cannot be refunded. Any issues with your order needs to be reported within 7 business days of receiving the package in order to qualify for a replacement/refund. If an item arrives in less than desirable condition and there was short stock made/produced of the item you may either receive a partial refund not exceeding 40% of the retail value for keeping the item. For full refunds on limited items, we offer a full refund upon return of the item. Any refund for an item returned will not be made available until after VenomCBW has received and confirmed all items have been returned. Customers will not be reimbursed for the cost of shipping under any circumstance.

Our items are DIY kits. You are responsible if you assemble your kit improperly. Unless a defect is made known by VenomCBW or the buyer, there is no liability on VenomCBW if a kit breaks in assembly. We are artisans and our items are meant to be modified to your liking. You are responsible for researching and reviewing assembly instructions either on product listings or on Venom Paintball YouTube videos. VenomCBW is not liable if your item purchased directly from this website is assembled or handled improperly. If you notice any possible defects please contact us in our form before assembly. Photos are appreciated to further assess the situation. 

CLEARANCE: Any Clearance/Factory Defect items are not eligible for any refunds or exchanges.

Any item that arrives damaged, broken or missing that was sent in by a partner with us may be resolved differently.
