Refund & Return Policy

Order Cancellation (Pre-Shipment)

Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to shipment. Once an order has entered the shipping stage and a tracking number has been issued, the order is considered fulfilled and is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.


Post-Delivery Issues (Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items)

Any issues with an order must be reported within 7 business days of delivery in order to be eligible for review, replacement, or refund consideration.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, VenomCBW will assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution based on available inventory and product condition. Supporting photos may be required for verification.


Refund Eligibility & Limited Products

For limited or low-stock items:

  • If an item is received in damaged condition and cannot be replaced due to limited availability, a partial refund of up to 40% of the retail value may be issued if the customer chooses to keep the item.
  • For eligible limited items, full refunds are only available if the item is returned in its original condition.

All approved refunds will only be processed after the returned items have been received and inspected by VenomCBW.


Returns & Restocking Fees

All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, depending on the condition of the item and order circumstances.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs under all circumstances. Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.


DIY Products & Assembly Responsibility

Many VenomCBW products are considered DIY kits and may require assembly, modification, or customization.

Customers are responsible for proper assembly and handling of all products. VenomCBW is not liable for damage resulting from improper assembly, misuse, or failure to follow provided instructions.

Assembly guidance may be available through product listings or official VenomCBW instructional content.

If a potential defect is identified prior to assembly, customers should contact us immediately through our support form. Providing photos is strongly encouraged to assist in evaluation.


Defective Items

If a product is determined to be defective prior to assembly, VenomCBW will evaluate the issue and may offer a replacement, repair solution, or refund depending on inventory availability and product condition.

No liability is assumed for issues resulting from post-assembly damage unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.


Clearance & Final Sale Items

All clearance, discounted, or factory defect items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once returned items (if applicable) have been received and inspected.

Processing times may vary depending on payment provider timelines.
