Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Fulfillment
We aim to process and fulfill all orders within 10 business days. Processing times may vary during periods of high order volume, holidays, or operational transitions, including relocation periods.
Orders are packed throughout the week with multiple carrier drop-offs occurring Monday through Friday. Once a tracking number has been issued, a shipping label has been created and your order has entered the fulfillment process. Carrier scanning and transit updates may take additional time depending on USPS or UPS processing schedules.
While fulfillment is a full-time priority, VenomCBW operates as a small business with multiple operational responsibilities, and occasional delays may occur. For the most up-to-date shipping information, please follow us on Instagram at @VenomCBW or join our Discord community.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
We offer the following flat-rate shipping options:
- United States (Contiguous): $6 flat rate per package
- International Orders: $25 flat rate per package
Shipping costs include secure protective packaging appropriate for the size and nature of the order.
We also offer free shipping on qualifying orders:
- United States: Orders of $100 or more
- International: Orders of $200 or more
Packaging
All orders are hand-packed with care to help ensure safe delivery. Products are secured using protective packaging materials designed to reduce the risk of damage during transit.
Each shipment includes:
- Packing slip with order details
- Purchased items
- VenomCBW branding materials (such as a business card)
Combined Shipping Policy (NEW)
Effective immediately, we now automatically combine multiple orders placed by the same customer within a 48–72 business hour window from the time the second order is placed.
When orders are combined:
- Duplicate shipping charges will be refunded to the original payment method
- The highest selected shipping tier from the combined orders will apply
- A single consolidated shipment will be created for all eligible items
Customers will receive an email confirmation outlining the updated combined order details and any applicable shipping refunds.
Order Changes & Additions
We do not automatically combine orders placed outside of the combined shipping window.
If you would like to add items to an existing order, please contact us as soon as possible via email or our contact form. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requests before an order has been processed or shipped.
International Shipping & Customs
All international orders are declared at their full and accurate value in compliance with applicable customs regulations.
Customers are responsible for any additional customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their destination country.
Tracking & Shipping Status
Please note that receiving a tracking number does not always indicate physical carrier acceptance. Tracking updates may take up to 5 business days to reflect movement as carriers process and scan shipments.
Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated when applicable.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been handed over to USPS, UPS, or any third-party carrier, VenomCBW is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage incurred during transit.
If a package arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution based on inventory availability and carrier documentation.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, including cases of theft or “porch piracy.” We recommend customers ensure secure delivery locations when possible.
Returned or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or non-collection, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping at the current standard shipping rate.
In cases where a refund is requested instead of reshipment, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply depending on order condition and processing status.
