Shipping Information and Disclaimer

Shipping Policy:

We try our best to have your order shipped within 7 days.

WE HAVE FUFILLED ORDERS THROUGH #5600.

We pack orders throughout the week and have a single dropoff day either Thursday or Friday. If you recieve tracking information before either day then you can expect USPS to process your order that same week. This is a full time job but please take into account that we have other roles within this business to maintain. We charge a flatrate of $5 per package in the continental United States and $18 for any country outside of the United States. This cost includes packaging within a protected bubble mailer or in a box if the order exceeds what can fit inside of a bubble mailer. Our packaging is best in class. We hand pack all of our orders in small resealable plastic bags and inside hard plastic boxes for maximum protection of your package and its respective items. Inside your package you will also receive your packing slip with your shipping and billing address, order number and products within your order. This package will also include your items and a business card to further connect with the VenomCBW team and brand.

International orders (countries outside of the USA) will have the proper declared value on your package. VenomCBW is required by law to state the correct value of your package. This is per your country’s requirements and in the event that your package is lost, USPS or any other affiliated shipping company can properly assist you in the event that your package is lost.

JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER DOESN’T MEAN IT HAS SHIPPED. Expect up to 5 days for you order to be processed. Custom orders may have an extended waiting period.

Disclaimer:

Any damage caused by USPS/UPS is not held responsible by VenomCBW and will not be covered. However if any item is missing or possibly damaged before shipment we will replace it or issue a refund for the item depending on its availability or any stocking issues/shipping issues. Shipments lost by USPS are not our responsibility. Customers are charged separately from their order to cover transit costs. This is an independent service outside of VenomCBW and is the customers liability once the order is paid. This term is protected by South Carolina State law (S.C. Code Sections 117-310)
