CPC Policy

We offer services to complete your resin printed needs. We specialize in armor and head pieces. Simply provide the file and we will quote you for our services depending on the size and quantity. Our minimum order quantity is 15 per individual design. VenomCBW has the reserved right to refuse any print job or client with or without providing their reasoning. Shipping charges may vary depending on the size and scale of the service rendered. For more information visit our general shipping policy on our terms of shipment/transit.

Unless specified, the color may be random for the project invoiced to the client. If the client specifies a color not normally run by VenomCBW (black or grey primarily), then a separate charge may be added. If there are multiple items with the request of a color change on one or more item then a color swap charge will be added to the invoice. VenomCBW may waive these fees at their discretion.

Refunds and Exchanges Policy for CPC:
Returns are not accepted under any circumstances for CPC orders unless they are of files provided by VenomCBW in which case an exception would be made. This is to keep clients' provisions fully private and confidential. Under no circumstances does VenomCBW keep or resell any items from any client unless said client has signed a contractual agreement and holds an active form. Any and all misprints are destroyed from any client. Digital files are kept on record for possible future use if the client is a recurring customer. Refunds are provided only in the event that the service rendered does not contain promised quality of any file provided. VenomCBW does not offer a prototyping system to fix any possible issues with the digital asset. Only upon client request will a VenomCBW representative perform any further testing after the order is complete and invoice has been paid. The client understands that our printers are dialed within a couple thousands of an inch precision and any issue with the model itself is not to be held liable to VenomCBW. This includes but isn't limited to, fitment, thinness of a model, or scaling. The service rendered is only a printing service and does not conduct any changes to clients digital files and are not to be held liable if a model doesn't perform as intended by a client.
